Dinky Toys 104 SPV Wheel Hub Small Size Turned Alloy.

The Spectrum Patrol Vehicle has a unique axle and wheel arrangement of alternating large and small hubs.

There are 5 main axles in total with the front, middle and rear axles having larger diameter wheel hubs and the 2nd and 4th axles having the smaller diameter wheel hubs.

In total a full set would be 4 x small wheel hubs and 6 x large wheel hubs.
