Tyre with a slotted internal section for ridged rims like some issues of the 612, 615, & 617 Military vehicles. Also suits some Britains truck models.

Measurements are 23mm OD: 5mm Wide: Slotted ID 13mm increasing to 14mm or so internally to accomodate the raised hub centre ridge.
