This is the female passenger character, Truly Scrumptious, for the Corgi Toys model 266 Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang movie starred Dick Van Dyke as Caractacus Potts (an ecentric inventor) and Sally Ann Howes as his girlfriend 'Truly Scrumptious', a name that truly reflects the feminine character ! The younger two are Jemima and Jeremy who sit in the back of the car. The movie web site is full of information.

While this figure is made for the 1968 release of the toy, Corgi also released a re-issue model 05301 in the 1990's with only the driver figure.  All 4 figures will fit in either model release.
