Corgi Toys  273 Rolls Royce Golden Jacks Single Wheel Hub & Tyre.

The wheel hub is a white metal casting and is not a machined finish.

You will need to adjust the hub by removing any excess casting metal and bring it into 'round' for rolling correctly.

For static display it should be fine.
