There are two distinct areas of this website.

The main site is the area for discussion groups, news, downloads, and general information.

The Shop section is aimed at sales of the reproduction boxes, ephemera, and spare parts that we provide.

Each of these areas have different needs in terms of information from you. They are also completely different in terms of security issues.

Please note that we do not record or request credit card information and do not store this information as a part of this site. We use external services, such as Paypal.

So, you can be a customer of the shop without registering for the discussion groups, or vice-a-versa, or register for both, using different id's and passwords to help provide extra security for your details.

Any information recorded in association with your account is held purely for the exclusive use of RecoverToy. Your information is not sold, traded, or given to any third party.

RecoverToy reserves the right to contact you via your postal address or email address for the purposes of advising of changes or issues arising from the RecoverToy web site. You have the option to opt out of our generic email newsletters.

Where issues of public safety or legal requirements demand that we release information from our database this will only occur under legal advice from our solicitors. The area of legal jurisdiction for the web site is the State of Victoria, Australia.
